Energy certificate

The energy certificate of a property is an official document that evaluates and qualifies the energy efficiency level of a property. It is based on a detailed analysis of the characteristics and elements of the property, such as its orientation, thermal insulation, heating, cooling and hot water systems, among others.

• Mandatory for publication, sale and rental.
• Exclusive for homes and premises up to 300 m2 in area.
