- The Technical Town Planning Report, issued by the Directorate General for Town Planning.
- You will also need to submit proof of payment of the fee, if applicable.
- The plan where the plot is located.
- The descriptive report, which explains the specifications for the use and exploitation of the land and subsoil, and also indicates what is considered necessary for the activity to be developed on the plot to be carried out correctly, apart from the requirements of municipal services, such as water, gas, electricity, etc.
- A report explaining the activity to be carried out at the new construction site (whether it is a community centre, a commercial establishment, a private house, etc.).
- Finally, the technical study or preliminary project detailing the activity to be carried out.
