Semblava que el cam\u00ed comen\u00e7ava a aclarir-se, fins que va apar\u00e8ixer una nova dificultat: aquella fam\u00edlia tamb\u00e9 necessitava vendre pr\u00e8viament el seu habitatge a Barcelona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/immotecnics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/Barcelona-1-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-16769\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En aquell moment vam entendre que ja no est\u00e0vem gestionant una simple compravenda. Ten\u00edem al davant una aut\u00e8ntica <strong>cadena immobili\u00e0ria<\/strong> en qu\u00e8 tres operacions depenien completament les unes de les altres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La import\u00e0ncia de gestionar tota la cadena immobili\u00e0ria<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Afortunadament, els tres habitatges estaven comercialitzats en exclusiva per <strong>Immot\u00e8cnics Boutique Real Estate<\/strong>. Aquest aspecte va ser decisiu. Ens va permetre gestionar tota la cadena amb una visi\u00f3 global, coordinar els temps sense pressions externes, mantenir una comunicaci\u00f3 constant amb totes les fam\u00edlies i prendre decisions estrat\u00e8giques pensant sempre en el conjunt de l\u2019operaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019exclusiva no nom\u00e9s ens va ajudar a vendre els habitatges. Ens va permetre <strong>treballar amb calma, protegir els interessos de tots els propietaris<\/strong> i evitar que una decisi\u00f3 precipitada pos\u00e9s en risc la resta d\u2019operacions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El moment que va desbloquejar les tres compravendes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El moment clau va arribar quan vam trobar un comprador per a l\u2019habitatge de Barcelona que no necessitava vendre cap altre immoble per comprar. Aquella venda va desbloquejar autom\u00e0ticament tota la cadena i va permetre tancar, una rere l\u2019altra, les tres compravendes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Darrere d\u2019aquestes operacions hi ha mesos de treball, negociacions, trucades, dubtes, moments d\u2019incertesa i molta coordinaci\u00f3. Per\u00f2, sobretot, hi ha persones que van confiar les unes en les altres i van entendre que <strong>l\u2019\u00e8xit depenia del comprom\u00eds de tothom<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Enca, Lorena, Jes\u00fas, Laura, A.M. i Ana, gr\u00e0cies per la vostra confian\u00e7a, la vostra paci\u00e8ncia i la vostra implicaci\u00f3 durant tot el proc\u00e9s.
